Project Architect

At SENNA Architecture, we believe great buildings aren't just designed well, they're delivered well.

We're looking for an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architectural Graduate who thrives in technical delivery, enjoys solving complex problems and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of a boutique practice.

This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a large production team.

You'll work directly alongside the Director, take ownership of projects, influence the way we deliver architecture and help build the systems and culture of a growing studio.

SENNA is a Brisbane-based architecture studio specialising in boutique multi-residential developments.

We're known for producing thoughtful architecture backed by exceptional documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery.

Our clients include developers and builders who value quality, collaboration and practical outcomes.

As our workload grows, we're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to grow with us.

You'll play a key role across Design Development and Construction Documentation, taking ownership of projects while working closely with the Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading documentation packages for medium and large multi-residential projects.

• Coordinating consultants and managing project information.

• Preparing detailed Revit documentation.

• Attending consultant and client meetings.

• Mentoring junior team members.

• Assisting with continuous improvement of office standards, templates and workflows.

• Supporting projects through construction when required.

You'll ideally have:

• 5–8+ years industry experience.

• Strong Revit capability.

• Experience documenting multi-residential or complex commercial projects.

• Excellent technical detailing skills.

• Confidence coordinating consultants independently.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A collaborative, calm and solutions-focused approach.

Registration is welcomed but not essential.
