Project Engineer - Marsden Park

The Opportunity

• Drive engineering coordination to ensure construction activities align with design intent, program objectives and project milestones
• Manage technical documentation, RFIs, shop drawings and approvals to keep work fronts progressing
• Partner with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve design and construction challenges
• Support procurement activities, material lead times and subcontractor coordination across key project packages
• Champion quality, safety and continuous improvement while helping mentor emerging engineers and graduates

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical or complex building projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, buildability, quality systems and engineering documentation
• Confidence working with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Well-developed planning, communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
• A genuine desire to learn, contribute and grow your career within a high-performing project team
