Building Services BIM Manager

Sustainability drives what we do: Through our Zero Carbon Design 2030 goal, we are working towards all our projects meeting our zero carbon design criteria by the end of this decade.

We’re looking for a BIM Manager to lead delivery across our Australian offices,supported by an established APAC team, with a strong focus on building services
projects. You’ll report to our Director of Building Services.

Lead BIM Delivery across Australia - and stay hands on.

This role keeps you close to project delivery.Around 30-50% of your time goes into live project work, producing, reviewing and coordinating Revit models and documentation, particularly on complex or delivery-critical jobs. The rest is delivery leadership: planning BIM resources, setting up projects, building workflows and maintaining technical quality.

If you want a role that’s purely strategy and standards, this isn’t it. If you want technical credibility and real influence over how projects get delivered, it is.

• Lead model production, coordination, clash detection and QA/QC using Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Plan and coordinate BIM resources across our Australian offices and our broader APAC BIM Team, against project priorities, programme and fee
  
• Set up project BIM requirements and Execution Plans under ISO 19650, applied pragmatically to suit each client and project
  
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to resolve delivery issues, establish practical workflows and keep projects moving
  
• Maintain and improve the standards, templates and families that keep our output consistent — and keep them practical enough that teams actually use them
  
• Grow our digital engineering capability over time, including automation, scripting and AI.

• Strong hands-on Revit experience producing and coordinating multidisciplinary building models, ideally with building services depth
• Practical working knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans and information delivery requirements
• Experience organising multiple projects and BIM resources, including offshore or distributed teams
• Commercial judgement — you understand fees, programme pressure and how to balance BIM effort against the value it delivers
• Excellent communication skills; you influence through credibility and collaboration, not process enforcement
  
  

A relevant BIM qualification is a plus.Demonstrated delivery capability matters more.
