Accounts Payable Casual

We are looking for an Accounts Payable casual, based in Gnangara. Immediate start.

The role is primarily Accounts Payable data entry, assisting the Finance Supervisor.

• Manage accounts inbox

• Data entry and PO matching

• Reconcile supplier statements

• Respond to supplier queries

• Complete credit card reconciliations

• Process supplier payments and ad-hoc payments

• Assist the Finance Supervisor

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to process high volume

• Construction experience required

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously

• Proactive and systems-driven

• Experience with Xero or Workbench (desirable but not essential)
