About You

You will have a trade background, strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

As the Work for the Dole Supervisor, you will coordinate, supervise, motivate and mentor program participants within Work for the Dole project. You will build relationships on a local and regional basis to assist you in the performance of your role and work closely with your teams. This Part-Time role is based in the Parkes region for 15 hours per week.

Some specific responsibilities will include:

• Organising daily work program

• Organising site materials

• Liaising with hosts on site

• Resolving issues

• Ensuring WHS compliance

• Organising safe work methods

• Conducting work in accordance with Joblink Plus and contractual guidelines
