Formworkers – DIDO | Regional NSW

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Formworkers for a Drive-In/Drive-Out (DIDO) project based in Regional NSW.

This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working away from home on a rostered basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set out, build, and install formwork for civil concrete structures

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Construct formwork for footings, columns, decks, and headwalls

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of accuracy and quality

• Assist with concrete pours and finishing

• Strip, clean, and maintain formwork systems

• Follow all site safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Formworker (essential)

• Ability to read and interpret civil/engineering plans

• Strong commitment to site safety

• White Card (essential)

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (required for DIDO)

• Ability to work rostered shifts and stay away from home

• Own tools (preferred)
