About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative/Valeter to join our busy Fleet team in Doncaster, supporting brands including Volvo, BYD, Polestar, and SEAT/CUPRA. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Essential Requirements

Full, valid driving licenceStrong team playerExcellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Receiving vehicles from transporters and checking for discrepancies, faults, or damageManaging site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operationsPreparing vehicles to a high standard ahead of customer deliveryWorking closely with the Fleet Admin team to ensure all documentation is correctly completed and assignedCollaborating with Fleet Drivers to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready for delivery
