About the role
Scouts WA is seeking an organised and customer-focused Operations Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration, customer service and site operations of our Adventure Centres.
Working across our Adventure Centres, you will coordinate customer bookings, communications, invoicing, site visits, accommodation readiness and site requirements. You will also assist with coordinating cleaning and site-support services, conduct regular accommodation and site inspections, and follow up identified maintenance, presentation and operational issues.
Reporting to the Manager – Adventure Centres, you will work closely with the Activities Coordinator, Adventure Centre staff, customers and contractors to ensure booking information and site requirements are communicated effectively and our centres are ready to welcome customers.
About YouYou are an organised and customer-focused professional with experience in administration, customer service, site coordination or operational support. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently and following tasks through to completion.
You will ideally have experience with:
Coordinating customer bookings, reservations and associated administration.
Customer service and responding to enquiries across telephone, email and in person.
Invoicing, payment records and routine financial administration.
Coordinating accommodation, facilities, cleaning, hospitality or other site-based services.
Conducting site, accommodation or facility inspections.
Microsoft 365, booking systems, databases and other digital systems.
Maintaining accurate customer, booking and operational records.
Working collaboratively with staff, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
A current driver's licence is required for travel between Adventure Centre locations. A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain these before commencing, is also required.
