Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, configure, and test network synchronization systems and Master Clock solutions, ensuring reliable timing performance.Provide end-to-end engineering and L3 support for network synchronization, including timing sources, TP4100, TimePictra, and similar platforms.Support technology development through test environment setup, Test Object List (TOL) development, validation, and implementation.Develop and maintain platform lifecycle plans, technology enhancements, performance improvements, and operational strategies.Drive automation, process improvements, technology rationalization, and cost reduction across synchronization infrastructure platforms.
Skills Required:
Strong experience in network synchronization, timing systems, and Master Clock deployment, configuration, and testing.Hands-on experience with TP4100 and TimePictra, or equivalent solutions such as Adtran/Oscilloquartz.Strong solution-level and L3/engineering expertise in network synchronization technologies and timing sources.Knowledge of platform lifecycle management, technology validation, Agile/project management methodologies, and operational processes.Basic scripting and data analysis skills using tools such as Python, Qlik, and Grafana, with an understanding of automation opportunities.
