365 Rehab is changing what it means to work as a Consultant. As an independent provider, you won't be confined to one service type or one injury type on repeat. You'll typically have a lot of variability, work across Same Employer and New Employer Services, seeing genuine variety in your caseload (both physical and psychological) and across different schemes of Workers Compensation or CTP. Unless of course, you'd rather specialise. That's your call.

About the Role

We're specifically looking for a Psychologist (general AHPRA registration) or a Rehabilitation Counsellor (full or Associate ASORC membership) to join a small team, one that's empowered to use clinical judgement and evidence-based practice, without unreasonable KPIs or SLAs dictating how you work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload spanning Same Employer and New Employer Services, across both physical and psychological injuries, in both Workers Compensation and CTP Schemes in NSW.

• Conducting functional, vocational, and psychosocial assessments, led by your own clinical judgement.

• Delivering vocational counselling, assessment, and labour market analysis.

• Providing job seeker services.

• Developing and driving return to work plans from initial assessment through to closure.

• Writing reports and maintaining case documentation (with all the efficiencies available).

• Delivering actual client-centred, outcomes-focused services.

About You

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (general), or full or Associate ASORC membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.

• Occupational rehabilitation experience isn't essential. Comfort with a genuinely varied caseload matters more than a specific background and we can train you.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, dealing directly with employers, insurers, and treating practitioners.

• Organised and self-motivated, with the judgement to work independently in a team that trusts you to use it.

• Current Drivers License.
