Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Foot & Ankle portfolioBuild strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholdersProvide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during proceduresDeliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customersSupport inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical casesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationshipsTravel across Melbourne and surrounding territories as required

Required

Skills and experience

Minimum 1-2 years of sales or allied health experience and a strong interest in medical device salesStrong commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targetsProven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholdersHigh levels of motivation, resilience, and accountabilityA willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environment

Preferred

Knowledge of anatomy, orthopaedics, biomechanics, or surgical environmentsExperience working with clinicians, healthcare professionals, or hospital customers
