Concrete Tester/Laboratory Technician

Concrete tester/technician required for laboratory position.

Work involves concrete trial mixes, laboratory testing of concrete, masonry and other construction materials.

Work includes making concrete mixes, preparing samples, cutting and grinding concrete, undertaking testing for strength and other physical properties and assisting in setting up specialised testing.  

Full time position, 5 days per week with occasional night and weekend work. Regular overtime.

Some experience preferred, but training is available to applicants with a background in other trade or labouring work. Experience working with tools is required.

Forklift license and construction industry safety induction card would be beneficial.
