The senior consultant will be responsible for overseeing complex case management and conducting a wide array of specialist clinical assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, worksite assessments, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) evaluations. Beyond direct clinical work, this leadership role involves partnering with employers to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.

The consultant will apply advanced clinical reasoning to identify and address psychosocial barriers to recovery, ensuring all stakeholders—including insurers, medical practitioners, and employers—are aligned on rehabilitation goals. To ensure the senior consultant can focus on high-level clinical outcomes and the development of junior staff, the organization provides dedicated Rehabilitation Assistants to manage administrative tasks.
