Reporting to the New Home Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors to our luxurious New Home Displays
• Opening and closing of display centres and maintaining flawless presentation
• Providing sales administration support to the Sales Consultants
• Sourcing leads and distributing marketing material; and
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

• Experience in a similar position or a customer service, sales or retail environment
• Highly energetic, professional, self-motivated, and customer focused
• Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills and the ability to provide friendly, professional and confident customer service over the phone.
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Experience within the home building or a related industry desirable
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
• A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
