About usAdelaide Development Corporation (ADC) is a design-led property developer delivering premium homes, residential communities and commercial developments across South Australia.Our in-house teams collaborate across design, development, construction, sales and marketing to create high-quality projects and communicate the stories behind them. As ADC continues to grow, we are looking for a creative graduate to help bring our projects, people and brand to life through engaging video content.
About the roleWe are seeking a Videographer and Video Editor to join our team in Kent Town.This is an entry-level opportunity for a creative storyteller who wants to build practical experience producing content across property development, architecture, construction and investment.
A key focus of the role will be capturing the story of each development throughout its complete lifecycle before construction begins, during delivery and after completion. You will help document the original vision, the people involved, important project milestones and the transformation of each site into a finished development.
The role will also involve editing video content for Adelaide Property Fund, turning project information, interviews and supplied footage into clear, professional and engaging communications.Working with our development, design, construction, marketing and investment teams, you will help create content for project campaigns, social media, websites, stakeholder communications, presentations and other digital channels.
Key responsibilitiesCapture the story of property developments before, during and after construction.Document storytelling contentFilm interviews with project stakeholders, including members of the development, design and construction teams.Help identify the people, decisions and details that make each development story distinctive.Assist with developing creative concepts, storyboards, interview questions, shot lists and production schedules.Film and edit short-form and long-form content for Adelaide Development Corporation.Edit professional video content for Adelaide Property Fund using new and supplied footage.Create content for websites, presentations, social media, advertising and stakeholder communications.Add titles, captions, music, graphics and basic motion design elements.Maintain consistency across brand style, tone and visual presentation.Organise and manage footage, project files and digital asset libraries.Prepare and export videos in the correct formats for different platforms and audiences.Collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver content on time.Assist with photography and other visual content when required.
About youYou will ideally have:A relevant qualification in film, media production, screen production, communications, marketing or a related discipline.Strong video editing skills and an understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing and sound.Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or comparable editing software.Familiarity with After Effects, motion graphics, colour grading or audio editing is advantageous.Confidence operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment.The ability to plan and conduct interviews that produce natural, compelling stories.The ability to understand detailed information and communicate it clearly through video.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and large volumes of footage.A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your filming, editing and storytelling capabilities.A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel to development sites when required.
