Service Engineer

As part of our continued growth in Australia, we are seeking a motivated and technically minded Service Engineer to join our heavy mobile equipment team in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading heavy mobile equipment, including mining trucks. You will play a key role in supporting customers and dealers while working closely with our global engineering and R&D teams.

What You'll Be DoingProvide technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for heavy mobile equipment.Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, commissioning, and field service activities.Support dealers and customers through technical guidance, product training, and after-sales service solutions.Act as the key technical liaison between customers, dealers, and SANY's R&D team to facilitate communication and resolve technical issues.Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records accurately and efficiently.Travel within Australia and internationally to support customers, dealers, and project activities.
What We're Looking ForTrade qualification, Engineering Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.Experience servicing heavy equipment, mining, construction, or material handling equipment is advantageous but not essential.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.Mandarin Chinese language skills are essential. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
