Sales Manager, ReviewPro

What You Will Do:

To support our ReviewPro team, we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for leading and driving the growth of ReviewPro's Guest Intelligence solutions across the hospitality and tourism industry in Australia, New Zealand and Ozeania. You will also focus on raising the profile of ReviewPro in the region by working with partners and key industry stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Business generation for the assigned market.
• Working with hotels, hotel groups and Destination organizations.
• Ensuring a healthy and updated pipeline.
• Responsible for the whole sales process: Prospecting, Product demonstration, Negotiation, Closing.
• Define the sales strategy for the markets.
• Execution of the defined strategy.
• Ownership of its KPIs and metrics.
• Key-account management of existing base and driving upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Respresenting Shiji Reviewpro in the market / main regional stakeholder.
  

• Australian resident
• Fluent in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management.
  
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Data driven.
• Proficient and active LinkedIn user.
• Possess a “Can do” attitude.
  
• Curious and eager to keep learning and improving.
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with remote sales.
  
• Previous experience with SaaS services.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Up to date with new sales approaches/techniques.
