What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the Nurse Bank, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while adapting to a variety of clinical environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and ensuring continuity of care.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using clinical best practice
Deliver safe, timely and culturally responsive nursing care
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients and carers
Support and mentor junior staff, students and colleagues
Maintain compliance with AHPRA standards, NSW Health policies and evidence-based practice

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Proven effective and open communication skills, both written and verbal, that build greater cooperation and confidence in care delivery.
Proven commitment to continuing professional development.
Demonstrated critical thinking abilities with proven ability to use initiative be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated extensive post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse with recent and relevant experience in an acute care setting.
Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team environment with a focus on delivering organised and prioritised care, in order to achieve the most effective and efficient outcomes for the patient.
Sound knowledge of quality improvement and infection control practices.
