ABOUT US

Falcone Hospitality runs four pubs across Sydney. Haymarket Hotel and Office Hotel are two of our busiest sports bars, both pumping with gaming, big screens, match day crowds and a steady food and beverage trade. We are growing the management bench at both venues and want one casual manager who can move between the two.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on casual manager role with two or more shifts a week, flexible across open, mid and close. You will run the floor during your shift across the gaming room, the bar and the kitchen pass, keep the team firing, and make sure the venue stays sharp during peak trade. Match days, Friday and Saturday nights and big gaming runs are part of the deal, so this suits someone who enjoys the buzz of a busy sports bar rather than a quiet shift.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG, all three, ready to go on day one. You will also need real experience supervising or managing in a busy pub or sports bar, confidence across gaming and food and beverage, and the ability to make calls on the floor without flapping. We care about attitude as much as your CV.
