Bold Living is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate or New Home Sales Consultant to join our sales team across the Toowoomba and Lockyer Valley region.

About the Opportunity

Whether you are an aspiring Sales Associate looking to develop your skills while working alongside experienced New Home Sales Consultants, or an established New Home Sales Consultant ready to hit the ground running and deliver results, we are open to candidates at different stages of their sales career.

You will be joining a high-performing sales environment where you will be supported by a strong internal team at the headquarters, quality product and an established Queensland residential building brand.

New Home Sales Consultant

You will ideally have:

• Demonstrated ability as a successful in new home sales

• Skilled in client relationship management, with well-developed negotiation and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to provide a smooth journey from sale to contract

• Your self-drive, focus and determination will be key to your success in this role.

• A self-driven, motivated and results-focused approach.

• The ability to work weekends and within display home trading hours.

• A collaborative and professional attitude.

Sales Associate

If you are looking to develop a career in new home sales and gain valuable experience working alongside experienced Sales Consultants.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in sales, real estate, property, customer service, sales administration or residential construction - highly regarded.

• Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a wider sales team.

• Confident using technology and learning new systems.

• Eager to learn and develop your sales capability.
