CENTRE MANAGER/ NOINATED SUPERVISOR

Little Leapers is a family-owned early learning centre where children are encouraged to learn, discover, create and grow. Our philosophy combines strong relationships, play-based learning, Montessori-inspired experiences and an Atelier approach that supports curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our team and continue building a warm, welcoming and high-quality learning environment for children, families and educators.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver outstanding education and care. You will create a positive culture, build strong relationships with families, maintain compliance, and support the ongoing growth and success of the centre.

This is a full-time leadership position working Monday to Friday.

• Lead, inspire and mentor educators and leadership team members.

• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and all centre policies and procedures.

• Support high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Manage staffing, rosters, enrolments, occupancy and administration.

• Foster strong partnerships with children, families and the local community.

• Conduct staff appraisals, coaching and professional development activities.

• Promote a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

• Manage centre budgets, resources and day-to-day operations.

• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children, families and staff.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Previous experience in a Centre Manager, Director, Nominated Supervisor or Assistant Director role.

• Thorough understanding of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and Child Safe Standards.

• Experience with OWNA and OWNA PAYROLL. (not compulsory but desirable)

• Current Working With Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
