Are you passionate about baking? Do you have at least 6 years’ experience in a bakery making scratch doughs?

Are you a team player, organized, a quick learner with a can-do attitude and attention to detail? Do you want to work in a market leading retail bakery, producing high quality product from premium local ingredients?

We have a positive, passionate and energetic team waiting to work with you.

• Hone your skills making natural yeasted (time dough) and sourdough breads, with our 30-year-old starter, and without improving ingredients.
• Make pastries and croissants from scratch using traditional techniques and authentic ingredients.
• You will need to be punctual, fit, strong and enjoy physical demands of baking.
• Are you ambitious?
• some management experience is an advantage!
