Synergie Australia is seeking a Administrator for a client located in Smithfield.

The important parts:

• 6 months temp assignment
• Monday to Friday – no WFH
• 8AM to 4PM
• $40-45 per hour + super
• ASAP Start
• Smithfield – parking onsite
• SAP Experience required.

What you will be required to do:

Our client is seeking an experience administrator to join their team.

The candidate will need to have 3+ years in an administration role, as this position requires high volume of administration and coordination

• Assist with executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries.
• Assist with projects as required in a support capacity.
• Arrange travel and accommodations when required.
• Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination.
• Assisting with timesheets for staff.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Strong administrative background - over 3+ years
• SAP experience is ESSENTIAL
• A high level of computer literacy - use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritizing urgent and high-impact work
• Ability to think proactively and show initiative.
• Have working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
