Territory Manager

About the role

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving sales growth, market expansion and strong retail partnerships across the a2MC client base in a growing NSW territory. As an a2MC Territory Manager you will be the face of the premier brands, and responsible for growing strong relationships with retail partners, expanding distribution and ensuring excellent in-store execution of a2 Milk products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with retailers to grow category performance, improve shopper outcomes and drive sustainable sales growth across your territory
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and independent grocers
• Maximise in-store execution including shelf facings, placement and visibility
• Identify new ranging, promotional and distribution opportunities
• Analyse store performance data to optimise territory sales strategies

About you

• Experience in FMCG sales, retail account management, customer-facing commercial roles, or Territory Management
• Strong experience managing retail store relationships
• A track record of improving distribution, shelf space and sales performance
• Confidence analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation and route planning capability
