Cleaning Team Leader

Clean Nest Co. is looking for our new Cleaning Team Leader to join our team! At Clean Nest Co, we genuinely care about our staff and clients, creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.

The role

This is a genuinely mixed role: no two days look the same. You will be on the road cleaning, checking on the team or helping out with administration from home.

Some of what you'll be doing:

• Covering cleaner leave and roster gaps (cleaning approx. 8–25 hours a week depending on workload).

• Attending initial cleans for new clients

• Leading the training team

• On and offboarding team members

• Running team activities and team meetings

• Spot-checking jobs (quality checks)

• Covering phones and admin duties when our administrator is on leave

• Managing product, equipment and uniform stock

What we're after

• Strong leadership experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Good computer skills as you'll be arranging scheduling, using our CRM and admin systems

• You must be flexible and adaptable. Happy switching between cleaning, supervising and admin in the same day

Essential Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience in the residential sector

• Current Driver Licence.

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Full Australian working rights.

• Ability to work flexible hours when required to support school events and operational needs.

Hours

• 9-day fortnight, 7:30am–4:30pm on rostered days
