About the Role

Our TechnologyOne Team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for talented Technology Technical Consultants focused on Property & Rating to join our team.

In this role you will support the delivery, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of TechnologyOne Property & Rating solutions for local government clients across Australia. You will be instrumental in helping councils modernise critical revenue, valuation and property management processes while ensuring strong alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams and end users to deliver successful implementations, system improvements and strategic advisory services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of TechnologyOne Property & Rating solutions for local government clients
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
• Deliver functional consulting expertise across property, valuation, rates and revenue management processes
• Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on process improvement and system utilisation
• Support testing, training and change management activities to drive successful adoption
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne Property & Rating implementations or support engagements
• Strong knowledge of local government rating, valuation and property management processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and provide trusted advisory services
• Experience supporting system testing, user training and business transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of broader TechnologyOne ERP solutions and local government operating environments is highly regarded

Eligibility

xAmplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defence, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector. As a result, our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake. For these roles, we are seeking candidates with:

• Australian Citizenship
• An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one

Location

We’re flexible! If you’re in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast. Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.

Engagement Type

• For this role we are seeking individuals wanting to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Salary

• For these roles, we are offering a salary range of $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 + super, based on experience.
