Call Centre Operator

Instant Waste Management is a privately owned waste collection and recycling business located in Bayswater.

We are seeking a casual call centre operator to work full time hours. On completion of a successful probation period, a full-time position will be offered.

Duties will predominantly involve processing orders by way of inbound calls and emails.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes and skills :  

• Outstanding customer service skills;

• Excellent computer operation skills with intermediate level microsoft office experience;

• Ability to multitask;

• The ability to work in a team and support your colleagues;

• A friendly disposition that can be maintained at all times;

• The drive to support the business;

• The ability to communicate effectively and to understand customers whose first language may not be English.
