We offer two structured pathways into the industry: our Apprenticeship Program for those looking to earn a trade qualification while working, and our Undergraduate Program for university students who want to gain real-world experience alongside their studies. Whichever path suits you, you'll be supported from day one.

About Us

Pensar is a specialist contractor delivering end‑to‑end solutions across the water infrastructure lifecycle, from early works and constructability through to complex delivery. We pride ourselves on tackling challenging projects and building trusted, long‑term relationships with our clients and partners. Our projects range from under $2M up to $25M from panel/long term contracts to the design, construct and commissioning of new infrastructure and renewals.
