About the role

As Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high merchandising standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve sales and service objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front-of-shop retail operations

• Lead, coach, and develop retail team members

• Deliver exceptional customer service standards

• Drive sales growth and achieve key performance targets

• Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory management

• Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy and retail policies and procedures

• Support pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to provide seamless customer care

About you

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably within pharmacy, health, beauty, or FMCG sectors

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proven ability to drive sales and team performance

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Experience with inventory management and merchandising

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
