At Tigerlamb, we're not searching for self-proclaimed superstars or the loudest voice in the room.
We're looking for talented hairdressers who enjoy beautiful hair, love looking after people, and want to be part of a kind, supportive team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
Whether you're an award-winning stylist or simply someone who takes pride in doing great work every day, you'll fit right in.We've spent over 20 years building a salon group where people stay. Our clients are loyal, our team supports one another, and we've created beautiful boutique salons where creativity, respect and laughter all belong in the same room.

We're looking for someone who:• Is confident in cutting, colouring, or both
• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Can build and retain loyal A-grade clientele
• Enjoys supporting and encouraging their teammates
• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
• Loves learning and continuing to grow professionally
• Presents themselves professionally
• Speaks fluent English
• Is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or has unrestricted Australian working rights
