TerryWhite Chemmart Keperra Compounding Pharmacy is looking for two exceptional Intern Pharmacists for 2027who want more from their intern year than simply completing the requirements for registration.

Community & Clinical Pharmacy

You'll develop strong foundations in:

• Dispensing and medication management

You'll work alongside experienced pharmacists, including extended scope pharmacists, allowing you to see firsthand how community pharmacy is evolving and how pharmacists can contribute more broadly to accessible primary healthcare.

A Structured Internship — Not Just a Roster

We don't want you spending your entire intern year doing the same thing every day.

Your internship will follow a rotating structure designed to progressively develop your capability.

Fortnight 1 — Community Pharmacy Immersion

Build your confidence and independence in:

• Dispensing
• Patient counselling
• Vaccinations
• OTC and primary healthcare
• Clinical services
• Professional communication
• Front-of-shop healthcare
• Learning alongside pharmacists practising at an extended scope

Fortnight 2 — Mixed Practice Rotation

Broaden your experience through exposure to:

• Community pharmacy
• Compounding
• DAA
• Specialised pharmacy operations
• Medication safety and quality systems
• Extended scope pharmacy practice
• Medicinal cannabis

These rotations repeat throughout the year, allowing you to progressively build your skills, confidence and independence rather than simply observing each area once.
