Duty Manager/Supervisor

As a Duty Manager at the Lesday Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel located in Pennant Hills. This is a casual role, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel

• Overseeing hotel staff to ensure high standards of service

• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

• Monitoring inventory and supplies, and placing orders as needed

• Assisting with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures

• Providing leadership and support to the hotel team as required

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ARCG essential

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
