Chef – Commercial Production Kitchen (Full Time)

Location: Footscray
Hours: Monday–Friday | Day shifts only | No nights

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our fast-paced commercial production kitchen in Footscray.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys structured daytime hours and working in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and production to consistent quality standards

• Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness

• Meeting production schedules and maintaining par levels

• Contributing positively to a team environment

About You:

• Qualified chef or equivalent commercial kitchen experience

• Experience in production or high-volume kitchens preferred

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously

• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg as required
