We are now looking for an Experienced Business Manager (F&I) to join our team and help maximize finance and insurance opportunities while delivering

exceptional customer experiences.

• OTE $160,000+ with uncapped commission structure

• High-volume dealership with consistent deal flow

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance, insurance and

aftermarket products to customers while working closely with the sales team to

maximise every opportunity.

You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant and professional finance

process for customers.

• Structuring and presenting finance and insurance solutions

• Maximising finance penetration and dealership profitability

• Delivering exceptional customer service and experience

• Maintaining full compliance with lending and regulatory requirements

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with finance partners

• Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as an Automotive F&I Business Manager

• Has strong product knowledge and finance structuring ability

• Is highly motivated and target-driven

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Maintains a strong focus on compliance and customer experience

• Is Looking to build a future with a Strong Team by their side
