Description
Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing team delivering life-changing employment, education and training outcomes for young people across our Transition to Work and Inclusive Employment Australia programs.
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Employment Services Business Manager to lead our flagship site at Kingston. This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to influence the future of youth employment, develop high-performing teams and drive outcomes that change lives.
Transition to Work (TtW) and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) are youth specialist employment service programs that support young people to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training.
With over 20 years delivering youth specialist employment services, we understand everyone is unique – and so is their journey to finding work. We don’t just help with the job hunt. We provide tailored, youth-focused support for young people to get work, skills and practical help to transform their lives, delivered by teams who genuinely care.

As the Business Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across both programs. You will drive performance, strengthen employer and community partnerships, identify growth opportunities and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Through authentic leadership and coaching, you will inspire and develop a diverse team to achieve ambitious goals while delivering exceptional participant experiences. This is an opportunity to build capability, influence change and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people, employers and the broader community.
