With a dedicated team of auditors and technical experts, GCC is committed to helping businesses achieve and maintain high levels of excellence and compliance.Role Description: The Operations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient delivery of certification and auditing services. Based in North Sydney, NSW, this hybrid position allows some work from home while maintaining a regular on-site presence for team coordination and stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities include end-to-end delivery of GCC's audit and certification programme—from the moment Sales hands over a client through scheduling, audit delivery, report submission, and ongoing surveillance.The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance client experience, operational reliability, and overall service quality.QualificationsStrong operations management skills, including process optimisation, resource planning, and workflow coordination.Experience in compliance, quality management, or certification services, ideally across standards such as ISO, NDIS or other management systems.Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and using metrics to drive operational improvements.Effective stakeholder management skills, including communication, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams, auditors and external clients.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach staff, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant tertiary qualification in business, operations management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.Experience in auditing, certification bodies, or professional services environments is highly beneficial.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive practices.
