Client/Customer Services (Entry Level)

About the role

This role will focus on client service, loan administration, lender follow-up and supporting the end-to-end loan process. You will be working closely with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience while helping drive the success of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication throughout the loan process

• Prepare and manage loan application documentation

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders

• Support brokers with loan progression and settlements

• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation

• Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management
