Response Building Group is a growing construction company based in Murray Bridge, specialising in commercial facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, and safety upgrades. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional service to our clients across the Murraylands, Adelaide Hills, and Adelaide metropolitan regions.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with our senior Estimators and Project Managers, this role combines office-based project coordination with site inspections and supervision when required.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and cost estimates for commercial maintenance and construction projects
Manage tender preparation, submissions, and follow-up activities
Conduct site inspections, measurements, and project scoping
Coordinate and supervise works where required
Complete material take-offs and procurement activities
Provide technical advice and assist with project problem-solving
Maintain accurate project records, update client portals, and prepare project schedules
Manage project delivery, including variations, defects, manuals, and handover documentation
Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, specifications, and WHS requirements
About You
Trade qualification in Carpentry or a related building trade
Supervisor's Licence highly regarded
Current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
Strong understanding of WHS legislation and Australian building standards
Proven experience in estimating, project coordination, or project management within the construction industry
Ability to prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and scopes of work
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience using estimating, construction, or project management software
Self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
