We provide an integrated approach to taxation advice for a wide range of entities and serve business clients who want a more focused and tailored approach to their accounting and taxation services.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Accountant to join our growing, dynamic office, primarily based in East Maitland. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Working on taxation and business related matters for clients;

• Preparing financial accounts (companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders);

• Income tax returns;

• BAS and IAS; and

• Face-to-face appointments with clients

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

We will provide training on our existing processes, however, the applicant requires:

• Accounting qualifications;

• CA or CPA qualification, or be in the process of completing post-graduate studies;

• Have a client service focus;

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite;

• Ability to meet time frames with proven attention to detail;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Experience on the following aspects would be highly advantageous, but are not a requirement:

• Various software such as MYOB & Xero
