We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Operations Manager to lead our high-volume food manufacturing facility. You will oversee both the Production and Warehouse departments, driving operational excellence from raw materials to finished goods. What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of senior operations management experience within a high-volume food manufacturing or FMCG environment.

• Strong background applying Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement frameworks.

• Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and change-management capabilities
