About The Role

As a Principal Delivery Lead (Telecommunications), you will provide technical leadership and end-to-end delivery oversight across a critical telecommunications network domain, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both customers and the business.

Additionally, You'll

Act as the key interface between customers, engineering teams, project stakeholders and field resourcesLead the planning, prioritisation and execution of telecommunications delivery programsDrive service performance, governance, quality and customer satisfaction outcomesManage risks, issues, escalations and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards and operational proceduresSupport technical reviews, delivery optimisation and operational excellence activities across your domain

About You

Minimum 10 years' experience within telecommunications engineering, delivery or network operations environmentsStrong understanding of optical and microwave transport networks, Carrier Ethernet, SDH, and related transmission technologiesDemonstrated experience leading complex customer-facing telecommunications projects or programsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline are highly regardedCandidates must currently reside in the Sydney metropolitan area or be willing to relocate to Sydney, NSW
