About the role
The Royal Women’s Hospital is one of Australia’s oldest and most distinguished tertiary hospitals dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and newborns, offering specialised services within maternity, neonatal and women’s health. About the role
As an Allocations Officer you will provide administrative support to clinical areas of Nursing and Midwifery within the hospital, ensuring that day-to-day staffing shortfalls are filled with either permanent or casual bank staff. You will also provide support to all areas of the hospital with filling administration shortfalls with casual administration staff. You'll provide excellent customer service and communicate frequently with Unit Managers/Team Leaders, After Hours Managers, Access Manager and Senior Allocations Officers regarding staffing.

The operating hours of the department are 6:00am until 8:15pm, with rotating shifts.
