The Centre
St Faith’s Child Care and Early Learning Centre is a privately owned, family-operated 111-place service located in the heart of beautiful Montmorency. Assessed as Exceeding in February 2024, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, inclusive, and well-resourced environment. While our facilities incorporate the original St Faith’s Church building, we are an inclusive service with no religious affiliation.

We have recently completed a beautiful extension, featuring a brand-new, purpose-built Four-Year-Old Kindergarten room designed to inspire learning, creativity, and school readiness. Combined with our beautifully curated learning spaces and three spacious, natural outdoor yards tailored to each age group, our environment provides exceptional opportunities for children to learn and thrive.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Diploma or Certificate III qualified Educators to join our friendly and consistent team.

A full-time position is available with flexible, negotiable hours. We offer a supportive workplace, a strong team culture, and generous conditions for the right candidates. Start date is flexible.

About You
You’re a motivated, reliable team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education. You bring:

• A sound knowledge of the VEYLDF, National Quality Standard, and Child Safe Standards

• The ability to embed best practice into your daily teaching

• A flexible and collaborative approach to your work

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• First Aid certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis

• Child Protection Training
