We are seeking motivated, compassionate and reliable Support Workers who are passionate about empowering participants to live independently, safely and with dignity.
We are looking for people who are inclusive, intuitive and empathetic at all times — professionals who can work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating confidence and autonomy in their role. Successful applicants will understand the importance of maintaining legal, ethical and moral responsibilities in all aspects of care and support.
About the Role
As a Support Worker with SYWOL, you will provide high-quality supports to participants with a range of complex needs including:
Support Workers are expected to provide services across all support areas delivered by SYWOL while maintaining the highest professional standards at all times. Flexibility and reliability are essential, with staff encouraged to assist with additional supports where possible.
