We are seeking experienced Formwork Foremen and Leading Hands with a strong construction background. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest construction projects currently taking place in Queensland.

Pay will be based on EBA rates.

About the Role: This is a full-time position which will see you work on one of our live projects, leading a crew of skilled workers.

Essential Requirements:

· White Card

· Emphasis on Quality and Safety

· Minimum 4 years’ experience

· Reliable and Trustworthy

· Good knowledge of formwork systems and standards

· Excellent people skills

· Drive and ambition

· Excellent work ethic

· Please provide contactable referees from previous direct employers

· Excellent with drawings

· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent with coordinating multiple work fronts and big crews

· Ability to work well with site team, including site managers and project managers
