As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of patients across your local community. From delivering person-centred care to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help create positive health outcomes while contributing to a safe, compassionate, and connected care environment.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports positive patient outcomes across acute and aged care services.
• Partnering with patients, families and healthcare professionals to plan, coordinate and evaluate care that meets individual needs.
• Using sound clinical judgement to manage changing priorities, promote safety and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Providing guidance and encouragement to colleagues while helping foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated clinical experience and contemporary knowledge relevant to acute and/or aged care practice.
• Strong communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills that support high-quality patient care.
• Commitment to professional growth, safe practice and delivering person-centred outcomes.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have rural nursing experience, additional clinical qualifications, or expertise in aged care practice.
