Typical responsibilities include:

• Completing assessment (ADL, FCA, vocational capability, workplace, ergonomic etc)
• Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
• Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
• Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)

If you are an early career OT, full training can be provided as long as you have a genuine passion for workplace injury rehabilitation and are wanting to start your career in this field. If you're an experienced OT Rehabilitation Consultant, you can expect the great opportunities available when working with a market leader.   

Salaries range from $80,000- $105,000 based on experience + super + bonus + relocation assistance if you're moving from interstate. Please note this role is only open to OTs with current general AHPRA reg and full working rights.
