Venue Leader - Burleigh

We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to manage our vibrant Burleigh Heads venue. As Venue Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, 
keeping the energy high, the team motivated, and our customers smiling.

How you'll make an impact:

• Lead your team on the floor, creating an energetic, positive environment every shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and set the standard for service.
• Coach, develop and inspire your team to be their best.
• Support venue performance by managing labour, stock and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness, presentation and quality.
• Recruit, train and grow future leaders within your team.
• Build strong connections with the local Maitland community and help bring the Yo-Chi brand to life.
• Create a fun, inclusive culture where both your team and guests love to be.

Who we're looking for:

• A passionate hospitality or retail leader with experience managing teams.
• Someone who leads by example and loves being hands-on.
• A confident communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Organised, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
