Applied Team Leader

Primary Objective: Lead and supervise a team of staff responsible for the delivery of case coordination, therapeutic and trauma informed programs, interventions and throughcare or targeted cultural support services, to support young people in detention and enhance their successful re-integration into the community post release. Develop a culture of practice excellence through ongoing quality improvement activities and carry a small caseload when required. Selection will be made at the AO7 or P3 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.
