About The Role

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Berrinba trade store.

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phonePicking & Packing orders on a daily basisRegularly check & make up ordersReceipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligenceLoading/unloading customer vehiclesMaintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to managementRecord and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer proceduresAssist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintainedGeneral warehouse duties & housekeeping
